No. Cleaning labor isn't a taxable service in Virginia, so nothing gets added to your invoice. We pay sales and use tax on our own supplies and equipment, as the end user, and that already sits inside the quoted price.
What happens if I am not happy with the clean?
Call within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean whatever was missed, free. No claim form, no photographs, no argument about whether it qualifies. If a second visit still doesn't put it right, we refund that visit. That's the whole policy. There's no fine print underneath it.
